Standard Residential Rates

Our standard residential rates represent the time it takes to clean an AVERAGE home in AVERAGE condition.

If you have accumulated soil build up, animal hair etc., cleaning may take us a little longer. Therefore we always recommend requesting a FREE in-home estimate.

Estimated rates by phone are calculated based on the following criteria:

• Number of levels
• Number of bedrooms
• Number of additional living spaces beyond the standard four of kitchen, dining, living and family rooms (i.e. den, home office, laundry room, etc.)
• Number of cleanings desired (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)

First-time cleanings are charged a monthly rate and must be paid with cash. Thereafter, regularly scheduled weekly, biweekly or monthly payments may be made by either cash or check.

New Construction & Turnaround Property Rates

New Construction, Move-in/Move-out, Open House, Pre-closing Inspection and Repossession cleanings are available by Kate's Custom Cleaning. Cleanings include all trash & debris removal to leave unit ready for the first or next resident. Rates are calculated on an individual basis, depending upon the size and condition of the property. Office Cleaning

Because office cleaning requirements vary so greatly from business to business, please give us a call today for a FREE on-site estimate based on your particular needs.

Cancellations

We request the same courtesy from our clients that we provide with our cleanings. Therefore, if you must cancel a scheduled cleaning, please call us well ahead of time to reschedule. Cleanings canceled without a minimum 24-hour notice are charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.
