Why
do I need an in-home estimate?
A FREE in-home estimate allows us to better understand
your cleaning needs and expectations. At the same time, an
in-home estimate provides you with a better understanding
of what to expect. Unlike some in the business, we strive
to avoid situations that must compensate later for jobs that
are underestimated.
How
do I pay for the service?
Payment is made on the day of service. The first cleaning
must be paid with cash, thereafter we accept cash or check.
We do not accept credit cards nor do we provide billing services
in order to keep our pricing low. If payment is not available,
service will not be rendered.
Must
I be at home when the housekeeper arrives?
No. Customers have the option of providing us with a key or
security clearance.
Must
I provide cleaning supplies?
No. We provide all cleaning supplies unless you prefer that
we use your own. There is no discount for providing your own
supplies.
At
what time will the cleaning take place?
In most cases it is not possible for us to provide a specific
arrival time. However, we can usually provide an estimated
two-hour arrival window.
Must
I do anything to prepare for the cleaning?
In order for you to get the best value from our cleaning ritual,
we ask that you take a few minutes to tidy up such items as
clothing, toys and other household items. Please note that
we do not wash dishes.
